Food and Nutrition at Overslade House
Our catering team at Overslade House is run by Marcin Stepisiewicz, Head Chef, with over 12 years experience of the catering industry. Marcin and his team of trained kitchen staff provide an extensive seasonal menu. Each meal is prepared with fresh, local produce and is home cooked. Our menu caters for each residents individual needs from vegetarian options, gluten free and pureed meals. We also offer home-made cakes and snacks throughout the day and enjoy surprising the residents on their birthdays with a home-made bespoke cake. For an example of the menus we serve, please see below.
