Activities at Latimer Court

Here at Latimer Court, we have a varied social programme that includes themed events once a month, painting classes, day trips out, exercise classes and arts & crafts, to name but a few. We strive to tailor our activities to suit everyone's needs, and update our notice boards weekly so that all families and visitors can see what their loved ones have been up to. Our aim is to make sure that those we support can enjoy a happy and fulfilled stay with us. You can take a look at some of our regular activities by clicking here.

Easter Celebrations

Easter celebrations started at Latimer with yummy cupcake decorating with Mandy, our Admin Assistant, who is well-known for her gorgeous cakes – and residents loved them!

Alpacas at Latimer

On Thursday 5th April, we welcomed Cotswold Vale Alpacas to Latimer Court. Cosmo visited all of our communities and was loved by everyone. Two of the young alpacas also came for socialisation and some cuddles. We will be visiting the farm in the summer to see the babies!

Rummage Boxes

Our Memory Lane residents love the rummage boxes and musical instruments. We have gentleman’s boxes with piping and handles and bits and bobs for repairs; and ladies boxes with wool, washing to fold and fabric to sort, although they like to mix and match.

Getting Creative

Mother's Day

On Sunday 11th March, we held a Mother’s Day afternoon tea with donations going to the Barchester Foundation. Each mum received a gift and card on the day. This a lovely picture of Joyce from our residential community, Beaufort, enjoying the tea.
