Meet the Fairview House Care Home Team

As the Deputy General Manager, I am dedicated to ensuring our nursing home runs smoothly and that our residents receive the highest quality care. With a strong background in healthcare management, I work closely with our team to create a warm, supportive, and safe environment for both residents and staff.

I make sure the residents get the best care they deserve and support my team, work with families and other health care providers to ensure residents needs are met.

As a Senior Staff Nurse, I am dedicated to providing high-quality, compassionate care to our residents. With extensive experience in nursing, I support both residents and colleagues, ensuring a safe and comfortable environment while upholding the highest clinical standards.

Jane joined the Fairview House family in February 2025 and is proud to be the homes Head Chef.

Jane takes great pride in overseeing the meal preparations and ensuring they are prepared to the highest standard and works alongisde the homes residents and their loved ones to prepare a person centred and varied menu which everyone can enjoy. 

Elaine joined the Barchester Family as Head Housekeeper in January 2022. 

Leading a team of housekeeping staff, Elaine ensures that every room and living space is maintained to the highest standards.

Elaine loves interacting with the residents and helping create a warm atmosphere in the home.

Elaine has a vast amount of experience in the hospitality industry ranging from; small hotels and previous care homes. 

In her spare time she enjoys long walks with her Golden Retriever, Millie and ironing!

Yvonne is proud to be a Care Practitioner and is much valued member of our homes care team. 

She has been at the home since 2022 and Yvonne speaks proudly about she passion she has for wanting to make a positive difference in our residents lives, spending time with not only the residents but also supporting their families. 

Away from Fairview House, Yvonne loves to travel and speaks with great delight about visiting the city of Venice.

Blessing has been a part of the Fairview family since 2022 and is a much valued member in our team! She speaks about the warm atmosphere and family feel of the home adding that she enjoys bringing hope and love to her residents wishing to enrich their lives.

Outside of the home, Blessing is a creative fashion designer, she loves to sing and is part of a choir. she speaks with great passion for her love of dancing as not just physical exercise but also for the benefits of her mental health.

Chandana joined the Fairview House family in the summer of 2025 and makes up part of our team of activities coordinators.

She loves to help plan the exciting events taking place within the home, spending time with our residents and getting to know them.

Away from the home Chandana loves to play badminton and enjoys playing the keyboard.

Louise joined the Fairview family in the summer of 2025 and makes up part of our homes activities team. 

She loves to learn about peoples lives, their history, listening to the life tales they have to tell and being able to give the residents company

Away from the home, Louise loves horse riding and going on walks with Rocky and Jura her Collie and Labrador.
 

Perpetua is a member of our much valued team of housekeepers. 

She enjoys getting to know our residents and their families and takes great pride in her role ensuring the residents home is kept at the highest of standards. 

Helen joined the Fairview House family in 2023 and is proud to be part of the homes housekeeping team

She loves interacting with the homes residents and relatives, getting to know them and listening to their life experiences and stories.

Away from the home Helen loves to go walking, baking, visiting the cinema and spending time making memories with her family.

Louise, Chandhana and Leira make up the Fairview House activities team.

They take great enjoyment and pleasure in delivering meaningful person centred activities for our residents through our life enrichment program and enjoy integrating the Aberdeen community into our home with regular trips on our mini bus and inviting community groups into our home. 

As a Unit Manager, I oversee the daily care and operations within my units, ensuring our residents receive the highest standard of support in a compassionate and safe environment. With a strong background in nursing and leadership, I work closely with my team to provide person-centered care while maintaining compliance and best practices.

Cindy joined the team in December 2025 from her home country, the Philippines. With over 10 years of international experience in Med-Surg, ICU, and care home settings across the Philippines and Dubai, she brings both expertise and compassion to her role. Outside of work, Cindy enjoys staying active with badminton, spending quality time with family and friends, shopping, and scenic walks.

Hi and welcome to Fairview House! As the Administrator, I am thrilled to be part of such a vibrant and caring community. Since joining in February 2022, my journey has been quite diverse, starting as an admin assistant, transitioning to the Activities Coordinator in July 2023, and now returning to the office as the Administrator. My role encompasses a wide range of responsibilities, including invoicing, ordering, recruitment, setting up contracts, and manning reception to ensure everything runs smoothly. 

I genuinely enjoy working with people and handling paperwork, and I take pride in being the first point of contact for everyone who enters our doors. My primary goal is to ensure that the needs of our residents, families, and staff are met with efficiency and care. Please feel free to reach out to me with any queries or simply for a friendly chat – my door is always open!

Hi there, my name is Krzysztof and i'm proud to be the head of maintenance at Fairview House. Starting my role in 2023. 

I take great pride in my role, ensuring that the home runs smoothly and any problems are dealt with efficiently and effectively. it's important to me that the home maintains it's high standards ensuring everyone feels safe and at home.

Away from the home i enjoy wild camping, there is something very special about disconnecting from the hustle and bustle of city life and immersing yourself in the beauty of nature.

Sangeetha joined the Fairview family in the summer of 2025 and is proud to be the first point of contact for visitors as they enter the home.

She speaks warmly about the inviting atmosphere of the home and how much she enjoys being able to, work alongside the residents, getting to know them and their loved ones and how everyone has an interesting tale to tell.

Away from the home Sangeetha is  a yoga trainer and a karate Master. She is incredibly proud that she features in thee Asia books of records and the India Book of records and Asia book of records for having the 'Maximum One Hand Rotation' in 30 seconds. She also loves to sing. 

Alicia has been a part of Fairview House since 2023 and quickly became a much cherished member of the team. 

She speaks highly of the great community which is shared within Fairview House, the lovely atmosphere shared with the residents and she takes great pride in giving back to the senior community, 

Outside of the home, Alicia loves to dance, spend time with her friends and family including her lovely dog, Marlo.

Ellie joined the Fairview House family in November 2024 and is part of our homes brilliant team of care assistants.

She takes great pleasure in getting to know the homes residents, learning from them and listening to their life experiences

Away from the home, Ellie enjoys watching TV and going for long scenic walks.

Leira has been a part of the Fairview family since 2017 and is a part of our wonderful activities team.
She speaks fondly about how she enjoys spending time with the residents, getting to know them and their families. 

Away from the home, she enjoys taking part in playing netball, basketball, going to the movies and baking.

Roy joined the Fairview House family in March 2025 and is proud to support Jane as the homes Second Chef.

Roy brings a wealth of experience to the role having previously been a chef for Aberdeen Football Club and a variety of city restaurants.

This is his first care home chef experience and is enjoying the role greatly taking joy in meeting the residents and getting to know them.

Away from the home he enjoys cycling, going to the gym and spending time with his family. 

Lisa has been a part of the team at Fairview House since 2022 and is a part of our team of much valued housekeepers. 

she speaks warmly about she enjoys getting to know the residents, relatives and the diverse  culture of the Fairview family. 

Away from the home, Lisa enjoys immersing herself in a good TV  series 

Angela has been supporting the home since 2023 and is proud to be the home Foot Health Practitioner

Angela visits the home every Wednesday and takes great enjoyment in being able to give people relief with any foot related challenges they face. 

Away from her role she loves to read, creates jewellery and doe charcoal portrait drawings.
