My mother was in the care home for a period of 2 weeks for respite care. The staff were all very kind and caring but I was disappointed that as much care was not taken over her belongings.
A number of items were missing when she returned home including various items of clothing. In particular a favourite top and leggings.
I appreciate these were not valuable in monetary terms, but were important to my mum.
I have contacted the care home a number of times regarding this matter but the have been unable to locate the missing items.
Very disappointed they have been unable to resolve this issue.
