I am writing this review from a professional & personal point of view. I visit Broadway halls as a community nurse. It is a friendly welcoming home. The main thing that stands out for me is the excellent person centred care that the staff give to residents & the commitment to meeting their needs. Respect & privacy is given to residents & when assistance has been required for dressing changes dignity has been maintained. Staff will promptly refer to community nurses, tissue viability, podiatrist etc if a resident requires specific care or treatment. They have a fab activities team where residents are encouraged to participate & have fun. Residents opinions are valued & this is lovely to see. My mother in law has also stayed at Broadway halls on two occasions whilst we went on holiday. She has been happy & settled, had her hair done during her stay & enjoyed the food. My husband & I cannot fault the care she received & wouldn’t hesitate to take her back in the future.
