i was quite apprehensive as to what to expect once we had reached the decision that full time care was required, however from my very first phone call to make inquiries I was immediately put at ease. we couldn't have been made more welcome on our move in and this has continued throughout.The manager and deputy are exceptional, nothing is too much trouble and all requests are considered and where possible are carried out without any fuss. The staff are professional, extremely attentive and knowledgeable about all the residents needs, reassuringly treating them all as if they were their own, there is a genuine family feel within this home, which in turn gives you peace of mind knowing that they are safe and loved ,they are an absolute credit to the Barchester brand.
