Southgate Beaumont is a prized Grade II listed home in Southgate Green. It is here in this historic house that our independent living properties are situated. Southgate Beaumont boasts a perfectly elegant retirement community, with local amenities just a few minutes away, in the heart of the vibrant ‘Old Southgate.’

Every one of our one and two-bedroom apartments has been specifically designed to make life as easy and enjoyable as possible. For added security, we use a coded entry system in the main entrance and front of house reception.
