"Since Dad has been here he has been so well cared for. The staff are all so caring, it feels like a family setting. I love the lounges and dining rooms, it feels so cosy & like a home from home."

I visited my elderly aunt at Pitsmead last month and was really impressed. The home is bright, clean, and welcoming, with lovely staff who are genuinely caring and attentive. My aunt looked happy, comfortable, and well cared for. Excellent place highly recommend!

Pittsmead Grange is a lovely place , the staff look after my Nana so well I’ve never felt so welcomed. Finding care was a really scary process for my family and we definitely found the right place. The food is next level and the home is always spotless and smells lovely.

"My mother required some respite care following a hospital stay, with a view to possibly becoming a permanent resident, we looked at Pittsmead Grange and decided it would suite her. The staff and carers have all been very helpful and supportive, They have helped her settle in, she is encouraged to mix with others and join in the daily activities on offer where possible, we feel she is being looked after and cared for, the food is very good with varied options in a pleasant setting. It feels very homely, the rooms are very nice, bright, clean and spacious with ensuite facilities."

From the moment I walked into Pittsmead Grange, I knew I had found somewhere very special. It feels much more like a community or a luxury hotel than a care home. It seems the staff really take their time to get to know their residents and they’re all so happy with living in this home. It is absolutely spotless and fresh, there’s always something engaging going on and they go above and beyond with dining. High quality meals and a great choice of nutritional options. If you are looking for a place where your loved one will be treated with genuine respect and kindness, this is it.

I visited Pittsmead Grange today and was amazed by the atmosphere. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by the lovely, attentive staff who clearly care deeply about their work. The home is spotlessly clean, smells fresh and there’s plenty of room to walk around and sit. You could tell the residents were genuinely happy and comfortable. This care home is run so well and a great community. The staff and manager should be proud :-) x

"We were looking for residential care which felt homely, where mum would be surrounded by kindness, Pittsmead Grange delivers this and more. The staff are extremely helpful and courteous and the bedrooms and lounges are beautifully decorated and well equipped. Mum has quickly become part of the community, benefitting greatly from the social activities and freshly cooked meals. I would highly recommend Pittsmead Grange, it is always a joy for me to visit."

I recently visited Pittsmead Grange Care Home and had a very wonderful experience.

Firstly, the staff greeted and welcomed me into the facilities, they were so welcoming and kind which made me feel very settled and reassured. Thoughtout my visit the communication was great, the staff were open to answer any questions I had which they did professionally ensuring I was well informed.

The care home was very clean and well kept which is a reflection of the great staff that work there.

I recently visited Pittsmead Grange and had a very positive experience. From the moment I arrived, everyone I interacted with was extremely polite, professional and welcoming, which immediately created a reassuring atmosphere. The care home was very clean and well maintained, and the overall environment felt calm and comfortable. Communication from staff was excellent throughout my visit and I felt well informed and at ease at all times. Pittsmead Grange left a very good impression on me and I would definitely recommend it to others seeking a welcoming and well-run care home.

"The carers are efficient in ensuring my ward does not remain in bed and like to wheel her into meal times. They are good at making sure her hygiene requirements are taken care of and make sure she joins in to activities that she wants without forcing her into things she does not care for. She does like fresh air and looks forward to going out."

"I was very apprehensive about putting my mum into respite care but I needn't have worried. All the staff made sure mum was very well looked after in all areas. It was originally one week but mum wanted to extend her stay to two weeks! I will have no hesitation in getting respite care whenever needed now. I think mum will become permanent in the near future and this stay has given me confidence in this."
