Hi, my name is Earl, and I am the General Manager here at Cheverton Lodge. I hope you find everything you're looking for on our website!
I am an experienced, qualified Registered Nurse and care home manger. I have have had many years of successful management in the care home sector.
My goal is to promote wellness and quality care for residents, with a person-centred, holistic approach, focusing on dignity, respect, and choice.
Leading by example, I work within the policies and procedures of Barchester, local health care authorities, and the Care Quality Commission.
I have special training and proficiency in the management of long term care, dementia, psychiatric nursing, nursing rehabilitation and wound management, combined with my detailed clinical assessments, dependability, loyalty, and expertise of care home management.
I am motivated, responsible and hardworking, with a proven ability to work effectively to meet deadlines, set budgets, and effectively organize my team to safeguard and deliver effective care.
Cheverton Lodge is an exceptional care home with happy staff, residents and relatives.
Krisztina has been with Cheverton Lodge since 2016, first as a Nurse, then as a Unit Manager, and now she is the Deputy Manager. She brings a bubbly personality, a ready smile, and, most importantly, passion to her role.
Alina joined Cheverton Lodge in December 2017. She is a very experienced nurse, having worked for various providers before finding her place at Barchester. Alina likes to listen to music, travel and loves long walks in the park with friends.
I have been part of the Cheverton Lodge family since September 2016.
My role is to ensure that our residents live life to their fullest and provide them with a varied and enriching programme of events including shopping events, gin tasting, history talks, art lessons, gardening clubs and much, much more.
I also see my role as an advocate for all of our residents in their local community here in Islington and ensure to bring community groups into the home as well as maintaining relationships outside of Cheverton Lodge
Every day I try to go that extra mile for every resident and that gives me such a buzz!
Catherine joined us in March 2018 and brought with her a ready smile and a welcoming personality. She loves her job and is committed to excellence.
Daniela has been at Cheverton Lodge since September 2016. Daniella is a Customer Care Specialist, and previously worked in the hospitality industry. She enjoys socializing, meeting new people, reading, attending the gym, and cooking for her family.
