I was the site manager in charge of the build. I had the pleasure of working alongside the lovely ladies and gents who will be running the home. They are a great bunch of people, very polite, helpful and friendly. I had works that needed to be completed while they were there training and getting the building ready for residents and they went out of their way to accommodate me and help in any way they could.
