Hello, my name is Somi and I am the Deputy Manager at Badgeworth Court.  I am passionate about working with the elderly and I am focused on providing the best possible care for them.  I am also always happy to listen and support our families.

Hello, I am Preem and I started working at Badgeworth Court in 2021, initially as a Care Practitioner, then as a Registered Nurse.  I enjoy every part of my job at and love being part of such a caring and family-oriented team.  I am head of the community for De'Clare.  

I am passionate about working with and caring for the elderly, and my focus is on team energy to achieve excellent outcomes.

Hello, my name is Cristeta, and I been a qualified nurse since 1983 in the Philippines. I came to UK in the 2000, I have worked in various nursing homes and in Gloucester Royal Hospital.  I greatly enjoy working at Badgeworth Court, it is a privilege to care for our residents and give them fulfilling lives.

Hello, my name is Ranier, but the residents call me Ray, I have worked for Barchester for over 10 years.  I am a team leader in our Norwood community. I enjoy training and learning new skills, I have a level 2 qualification in dementia and end of life care.  I am also one of the home's dementia champions.  I am a very sociable and friendly person and enjoy making the residents laugh.

Hello, I am Corinne and I am the Activities Coordinator at Badgeworth Court.  I previously worked in finance and wished to broaden my career. I have diploma in Performing Arts and Business, and I have background in the entertainment industry. I am committed to providing a broad range of activities and events with a focus on person centred care. 

As a team we are committed to Barchester's Life Enrichment Programme ensuring we work with mind, body and soul.

Hello I am Michelle and I am part of the administration team, working on reception here at Badgeworth Court. I have worked in Administration for over 12 years.  I have always been impressed by Badgeworth Court and had previously visited some members of my congregation from St Andrews Church in Churchdown who have been residents here.

Hello, I am Aga and I have worked at Badgeworth Court since 2017, but have worked in the care sector for 15 years including a private hospital in the Philippines. I am most proud of my achievements with the 1066 project here at Badgeworth and have completed all levels of my advanced dementia training.  I am one of the home's dementia champions.  In my spare time, I love playing basketball and you will often find me indulging in my other passion, singing, with the residents.

Hello, my name is Smrita, I have been a care assistant at Badgeworth since February 2018. I was promoted to team leader and recently promoted to Community Manager of Selwyn Payne. 

I came to the UK with three years of experience as a community healthcare assistant in my country of Nepal. I moved from Nepal in 2010.  I really enjoy my job with all of the lovely residents and find the team extremely supportive.

Hello, I am Rinny, started working at Badgeworth Court in 2018 within the De Clare community. I previously worked as a nurse in other care homes for 13 years. I enjoy every part of my job at Badgeworth Court and love being a part of such a caring team. I am married with 2 boys and enjoy singing and painting in my spare time.

Hello, my name is Sunita I have been working as a senior health care assistant at Badgeworth Court Care Centre since 2018 and was delighted to become a registered nurse in 2021.  I work on the night team at Badgeworth Court.

Hello, my name is Faye and I am the administrator at Badgeworth Court.  I have worked here since 2017, starting as a hostess on our De Clare community, moving to working on reception.  Badgeworth Court is a home from home and we are all a family, I love chatting with our residents, it is a joy to come to work everyday!

My name is Tracy and I am the newest member of the housekeeping team. I have recently moved from New Forest to Strout and decided to continue my career here, at Badgeworth Court, as the Head of Housekeeping.

I have a wealth of experience in hospitality across various settings- from holiday parks to care environments; I truly love working with people and connecting with residents.

In my private time I love spending time with my children and grandchildren.

my name is Debra and I work in Badgeworth Court as Admin Assistant.

I have spent many years working in the care sector, primarily in the office, which has given me a wealth of experience and knowledge. I hold an NVQ Level 4 in Leadership and Management in Health and Social Care. I'm naturally organized person who enjoys handling paperwork, and I really appreciate having a variety of tasks to keep things interesting in the office environment!
