Gail Davies - General Manager
Gail is responsible for managing all aspects of the home while providing support to meet the needs of everyone.
Lucy Thomas - Home Administrator
Lucy is responsible for administration and all financial aspects related to the running of Plas y Dderwen. The Admin team is always on hand with a friendly welcome and offers of assistance.
Glenys Evans - Deputy General Manager
Glenys has been the deputy at Plas y Dderwen for 16 years. She has the lead role on clinical issues and supports the General Manager in all aspects of running the home. She leads a team of loyal and dedicated nurses and carers.
Brenda Saunders - Activities Co-ordinator
Brenda is in charge of all the activities in the home, from in-house entertainment to theme days, to craft sessions and quizzes. She also organises trips out in the mini-bus and picnics.
Simon Thomas - Head Chef
Simon heads a catering team who ensure a wonderful choice of delicious and wholesome dishes are on offer to all our residents.
Angela James - Housekeeper
Angela and her team work hard to ensure that Plas y Dderwen maintains its high standards in laundry and cleaning.
Alan Collins - Maintenance
Alan and Hywel are responsible for maintaining the grounds and buildings, and maintaining a safe environment in which to live and work.
