Dee Lane, our General Manager, recently spoke at the annual Gloucestershire Care Providers Association Conference. This followes her work with the Social Care Institute for Excellence on producing a film 'Dementia and End of Life Care' for the Care Quality Commission's educational website. A film commissioned for SCIE was made on best practice for End of Life Care and Dementia and filmed at Moreton Hill Care Centre. The film features Mairead Smart a resident of Moreton Hill and her family. It also features staff talking about end of life care and best practice.
Dee Lane - Home Manager
Dee has been General Manager for the last 3 years. She is a qualified nurse and is responsible for managing all aspects of the home while providing support to meet the needs of all individuals at Moreton Hill.
Jane Warren - Administrator
Jane is responsible for administration and all financial aspects related to the running of Moreton Hill. The Admin team is always on hand with a friendly welcome and offers of assistance.
Mike Moore - Maintenance
Mike is responsible for maintaining the grounds and buildings and maintaining a safe environment in which to live and work.
Nicky Wilshaw - Activities Co-ordinator
Nicky is in charge of all the activities in the home, from in-house entertainment to theme days to craft sessions and quizzes.
Martin Davey - Head Chef
Martin heads a catering team who ensure a wonderful choice of delicious and wholesome dishes are on offer to all our residents.
Debbie Poulter - Housekeeper
Debbie and her team work hard to ensure that the home maintains its high standards in laundry and cleaning.
