Lucerne's activities coordinator has successfully won the 'Activities Coordinator of the Year Award' at national care provider Barchester Healthcare's Care Awards 2011. Mark Smith was selected from more than 600 entries from all over the UK. He was presented with a trophy at a glitzy awards ceremony at the Crowne Plaza in Birmingham.
