Sadly in the short time that i have been at Bere Grove i have been unwell and so have not been in a position to enjoy the facilities, however the carers are simply incredible - their knowledge and kindness is exceptional! - this attitude was very clear when i had an emergency trip to hospital. The persistence in not being put off by a difficult situation was obvious. This “care” extended to my family- friendly, smiling faces and the willingness to go that extra mile, makes all the difference.and that is exactly as it is here.My room and facilities are well cared for throughout the day and beautifully fresh and clean and inviting. This is an amazing place.
