Overall obviously expensive but worth every penny for peace of mind."

"My Aunt has been a resident here for quite a long while. My mother has been in for respite care on several occasions. I am my mother only carer and was unfortunately admitted to hospital with quite a serious illness. I contacted Lanercost and they stepped in with a room for mum and collected her from her flat. My recovery is expected to be around 6 months and mum has settled in so well she has decided to stay permanently. I cannot praise the care and kindness that both my aunt, mum and I have received. They make you feel part of their family. I have no hesitation in recommending Lanercost House."
