Meet the Falcon Place Team

I hold a degree in Business Management and a Master's in Dementia studies. I have worked in the care sector for over 20 years, 17 of those have been in Management. I have supported a range of care needs, including dementia, complex learning disabilities and mental health.

I enjoy getting to know the residents and listening to their life stories; you can certainly learn a lot from their wisdom. I am privileged to be in a position of leading a team of heroes who go above and beyond in their everyday work to support our residents. I put quality care at the forefront of what I do, treating everybody with dignity and respect.  

As a General Manager, I like to think I bring a sense of smooth running, professionalism, collaboration and trust to the home.
