General Manager
Hello, my name is Triinu, and I am the General Manager here at Bere Grove.
I’ve started working in Adult social care since 2014 as a health care assistant, gaining invaluable skills and experience. I have progressed from health care assistant through to Senior Carer and then became a Deputy Manager in 2017. I first became a CQC registered manager in 2018.
Together with the amazing team here at Bere Grove, we will enable residents to be who they are as individuals, empowering them, and promoting their independence whilst providing exceptional, compassionate and quality care with respect and dignity.
Celebrating life and ensuring the team continually provides the highest quality of care.
I look forward to meeting you in person and welcoming you into our stunning home.
