I am a PAT (Pets as Therapy) volunteer and visit Kingfisher Lodge every fortnight with my Chocolate Labrador, Willow. My visits are always joyful occasions and the residents are extremely appreciative of their time with Willow. I find the staff at Kingfisher Lodge, without exception, to be helpful, happy and always willing to go the extra mile. My constant companion during my visits is Kelly, and her enthusiasm and rapport with the residents is very impressive! From my own experience, I find Kingfisher Lodge to be a very caring, happy and pleasant environment.

Bere Grove is excellent. The staff are kind, professional, and caring, and the home is always clean, welcoming, and comfortable. As a relative I can confirm the communication with families is great, and it’s reassuring to know my mum is so well looked after. I would highly recommend Bere Grove to anyone looking for outstanding care.

We have had the pleasure of working with Raleigh Manor Care for a few years now and have to say they offer a wonderful home and service to their residents. All the staff are very friendly and welcoming, and look after the residents with the upmost care. It is always a pleasure to join them on an open day, and we truly appreciate their support for our local family business.

We used Meadow Park Care Home for two weeks of respite care for my uncle Alex and from the moment we arrived it was warm and welcoming. The staff are incredibly friendly, kind, and genuinely caring — we honestly cannot fault them at all.
The support offered to the family was fantastic and very reassuring during what can be a difficult time. Nothing was too much trouble and we always felt listened to and supported.
Thank you to everyone at Meadow Park for providing such excellent care and compassion. We are truly grateful.

What a lovely home. We had to find my mother in law a placement very quickly, Wimborne Care Home didn't disappoint. Kathy was made so welcome, all the staff we extremely friendly and understanding of our situation. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending this home! 5 *

Lydfords really take part in our community and involve their residents in our activities. They have allowed our Community Benefit Society to hold regular meetings at the Care Home as we have pursued our aim of purchasing village pub (The King’s Head). The coffee and cake they provide is a delicious and generous bonus. Great staff, warm and clean - like the home.

My first visit to Parley Place, this morning, and I have to say that I was completely impressed by the entire experience. Michelle demonstrated the facility to me, and it was nothing short of a four-star hotel. In my twilight years, I should be looking shortly, for something like this, and if I end up here, I will very happy.

I frequently visit Trinity Manor. This is a beautiful home, the atmosphere when you enter is warm and inviting. Elizabeth, Kat and Paul in particular are very helpful and knowledgeable.

When you walk into Hethersett hall care home you are always greeted with a genuine smile and greeting.The atmosphere is warm and very relaxing. I attend their special craft events as a vendor, and always come away feeling happy, as the staff and the residents are lovely happy people and a joy to talk to. You can see by observing that the staff really care about those in their care. Always happy to visit.

I visited this care home as a guest and came away genuinely impressed by the whole experience. The building itself was beautifully clean, tidy, and filled with natural light, creating a bright and uplifting environment. From the moment I arrived, I felt very welcome. Every member of staff I encountered was super friendly, kind, and helpful, and it was clear they truly care about both residents and visitors alike.

One thing that really stood out was the range of activities they put on for residents. During my visit, children came in to spend time with the residents, interacting with them and bringing so much joy and happiness to everyone involved. It created such a lovely sense of connection and gave the home a real community feel, which was genuinely heart-warming to see.

The atmosphere throughout the home was absolutely lovely — calm, warm, and positive. It didn’t feel dark or depressing in any way, which can sometimes be the case in similar settings. Instead, it felt cheerful, well cared for, and full of life. You could really sense a happy and respectful environment where people are treated with dignity and compassion.

Overall, it was a truly pleasant place to visit and left a very positive impression on me. I wouldn’t hesitate to give this care home a very strong recommendation — it is clearly run with care, pride, and heart

Overslade house is a really really nice house with lovely staff, very welcoming and kind, making sure all of our needs were taken care of ( paramedics).

Sophie and her brilliant team looked after mum so well these past 4 weeks. Thank you so much, she will miss you very much x

My ukulele group Dee Ukes have provided entertainment to South Grange Care Home on several occasions. We always have a great time there and are made to feel very welcome. The residents are encouraged to join in with the singing and the staff are very attentive and encourage participation. We have always experienced a happy atmosphere in the home. We appreciate the positive feedback we get from residents and staff.
The main lounge is beautiful with tasteful, attractive decor. The furniture looks clean and comfortable. The other room we have access to is a well stocked café/sitting room where residents and visitors can help themselves to tea/coffee and biscuits. This lovely room looks out onto a beautiful well-maintained garden area.
