I visited Pittsmead Grange today and was amazed by the atmosphere. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by the lovely, attentive staff who clearly care deeply about their work. The home is spotlessly clean, smells fresh and there’s plenty of room to walk around and sit. You could tell the residents were genuinely happy and comfortable. This care home is run so well and a great community. The staff and manager should be proud :-) x

We can not fault the care given to Mum during her time at Kernow House. It was such a relief to know she was safe and so well looked after. Staff were always friendly, welcoming and extremely helpful. Mum settled in very quickly and we instantly knew we'd made the right choice in care facilities. The home is situated within walking distance of some great shops and a cafe which we were able to utilize enhancing Mum's quality of life. We'd like to thank everyone at Kernow House for the care and compassion shown to both Mum and family we will be eternally grateful.

Can’t recommend this home enough, after having a terrible experience previously we moved mum about 18 months ago, the standard of care was like chalk and cheese. Mum was always well dressed clean and tidy, and the food was always amazing. She loved having her hair and nails done, and enjoyed all the activities. Even when mum became so poorly they started to help get mum to the local garden centre in the mini bus so she could see all the Christmas decorations. Sadly we lost mum last week, and in a time of great sadness, I can’t tell you how amazing everyone was, constantly checking if we needed anything and never minding how many of us were in her room. She passed peacefully warm and well and truly loved. Really can’t say enough great things about this nursing home. Thank you all x

Chacombe Park hosted an afternoon tea and tour for Chacombe WI. I was impressed with the facilities and the staff we met were all kind and caring. It was special to meet and chat to some of our old friends, now residents at Chacombe Park, enjoying their time there.

Choosing a care home for your loved one is such a difficult thing to do. When I went to visit Mount Tryon for the first time I was so pleased and instantly put at ease. The home was so clean, well presented and more like a small friendly hotel. My relative has now been there for a few years. They look after them, care for them even when times are tuff and their condition can be very challenging for them and others.
From my experience I would definitely recommend them but go and visit them and make your own mind up.

My auntie Janet has been here for a few years now. The staff are brilliant cant fault them at all. The fact that they take them for days out is amazing! This is deffinatley a home i would reccomend to anyone who is looking for a genuinely caring and safe place for their relatives to live.

What a wonderful friendly Care Home, set in lovely grounds. The staff are super friendly. It has the feel of a top end hotel, and in all my visits, the residents all have smiles on their faces. I highly recommend Strachan House for your families care needs.

Loved coming to this home to entertain the residents. The home is warm and very welcoming and the activities co-ordinator welcomed us and was very supportive of our service.

Visiting West Oak feels just like visiting my grandparents house. The atmosphere is warm, familiar, and full of kindness. The staff treat everyone with genuine care and respect, creating a true family-like environment. Every visit feels comforting and reassuring, knowing the residents are well cared for and valued. West Oak is a place where you truly feel at home.

My sister went there to recover from a knee operation. Very clean and welcoming. The staff are lovely. She was very happy.

Barchester Yatton Care Home provides outstanding care in a warm, welcoming, and well-managed environment. The manager and deputy manager lead with compassion and professionalism, which clearly reflects in the high standards of care throughout the home.
The staff are kind, attentive, and treat residents with dignity and respect at all times. The home is clean, comfortable, and has a calm, homely atmosphere. Communication with families is excellent and very reassuring.
A truly exceptional care home — highly recommended.

Visited Barchester - Upton Bay Care Home today as they were hosting a meeting in their space there. The facilities are fantastic, the staff were friendly and helpful, we were so welcomed and well looked after.

My mum spent 3 months in Fairview House Care Home for end of life care. The staff are exceptional, the care was 1st class and all the staff are super friendly. Although she could not participate in any of the activities there I could see during my visits how much they do there for the residents. So happy she spent her final months there. Thank you to everyone there.

I couldn’t recommend Hollyfields enough. It’s such a HUGE decision finding a perfect care home for a loved one, but I can hand on my heart 100% recommend them. They went above & beyond for my Dad, who was end of life. The care & compassion they showed both my Dad & our family, I will never forget. The home itself is welcoming, warm & feels homely. The staff are welcoming, friendly and nothing we asked was too much trouble. I can’t thank you all enough for everything you did for us all at such a heartbreaking time. I’d like to say a special thank you to Rebecca, John, Danielle & Samantha..you are all amazing at what you do.

I visited my Grandmother this week and can honestly say she seemed so happy. The home has a lovely family feel and the staff were so friendly and welcoming.
