I visited one of my friend and I am impressed with the quality of of the activities in the home.I saw many beautiful smiles on the residents faces.

My mum has been here since 2004, that's 22 year. Wilsmere care centre is my second home. The care home from the front door welcoming environment, beautiful, clean, well organised, well maintained, no horrible smell, same for all the different floors and rooms.
Staff are wonderful, helpful and supportive.
The Home manager is amazing, attentive, gets things sorted swiftly, hands on, unassuming individual, so approachable.and the most important, she doesn't promise what she cannot deliver. She always has a can-do attitude. She always finds a solution to every challenges, and if she doesn't know, she will always find answers from multi-agency team, staff depending on the situation.
The government has always promoted their "Person centred care" and this home exemplifies just that.
I am involved in every aspect of my mother's care. The management, admin staff, Head nurses, nurses, care staff, Laundry team, cleaning team, activities team, kitchen team, maintenance team all work in great harmony with each other. All are very helpful, attentive and handworking. Just the other day one of the cleaners whilst cleaning my mum's room, noticed that the room was hot and my mum was sweating (my mum is non verbal) she used her initiative, turned on the fan for my mum and informed the staff. That is empathy and great team support.
We've had staff/residences who left, but they always return. That just says it all how marvelous the team are.
When the home organizes events, neighbours are invited and some attend. This exemplifies how well it fits into the wider public and how accommodating the care home is.
I have heard ambulance staff mentioned clean the home is, and how much they respect the manager, and how welcomed the home makes them feel with the provision of rest areas and free confectionery and beautiful clean toilets.

The garden area are so beautiful, well maintained there are 3 separate area. Lots of space for privacy. IT FEELS INSTANTLY LIKE HOME.

My mum and I Love it here. I grew up alongside wilsmere care centre, and I will never swap it with any other.

Marnel Lodge Care Home provides truly outstanding care in a warm, welcoming environment. The staff are compassionate, attentive and always go the extra mile to ensure residents feel safe, valued and respected. The facilities are excellent, and the genuine kindness shown every day gives complete confidence and peace of mind. Highly recommended.

I recently had the pleasure of delivering a Colour & Confidence workshop at Maple Leaf Lodge Care Home for residents, relatives and staff.

Such a gorgeous setting with incredibly friendly and welcoming staff. I loved the interaction throughout the workshop as we explored how colour can impact the way we look and feel, shared practical styling advice and enjoyed a mini colour analysis demonstration.

A huge thank you to Hattie and the whole team for inviting me and making me feel so welcome. It was an absolute pleasure to spend the afternoon with you all.

In the past 3 months I visited the home daily. I found the home clean and very welcoming. Staff are visible and kind to the residents and the manager is very approachable and helpful

Modern, well maintained, welcoming place. The atmosphere is peaceful and serene, everything goes on at a relaxed pace. Staff are very friendly and the catering is excellent. I am looking forward to my next visit and eventually to stay.

I went to visit this home for my elderly mother and loved everything about it. We were shown around by a lovely lady called Julie or Judy. I will definitely get her in

I visit Bryn Ivor Lodge on a regular basis with my job as a healthcare professional. It is a beautiful Home and I always look forward to a lovely warm welcome and smile from Ella on reception. The nursing staff are great too, particularly Nene who is always so friendly and helpful.

Excellent care home with really friendly and attentive staff! Nothing is too much trouble and the residents are clearly enjoying their stay there! Facilities and the food are all excellent!

Came to stoneham grove social cafe today it was lovely, really friendly , beautiful home very well kept and staff so friendly .

Brilliant teams and beautifully decorated clean home. Residents and staffs are always happy cheerful and no trouble in helping . Food is delicious always refreshments available in cafe. Absolutely recommended for any families looking for care for their loved ones.

As soon as you walk through the door, the care home feels very welcoming and homely. All the staff are not only warm and caring, but aware and considerate of each residents' personal needs.
There is a relaxed and calm atmosphere. Each room is decorated beautifully and to a high standard.
The menu choices are impressive and meals can be enjoyed in the elegant dining rooms.
Reigate Beaumont offers a wide variety of activities to suit the interests of every resident. They can also enjoy the stunning and impeccably kept, landscaped grounds.

Recently held an antiques valuation day with my business Jeremy's Vintage Collectables at Iverley View Care Home organised by the wonderful Louise, Home Service Advisor. What a lovely time was had by all, such a beautiful care home, fantastic staff who create an amazing atmosphere for residents, families & visitors...

My aunt received very good care for over two years in the residential wing where she was encouraged to be as independent as possible. As she became weaker she was able to stay in her room and receive all the care she needed as she faded, and died peacefully in her sleep. The staff are stable and so firm relationships had developed over this time and they demonstrated their love for her by their care and attention as she became weaker. The staff are so loving and caring - thank you Ashlar House x

This is a fabulous care setting. Super kind staff. Also something going on for the residents to engage in. Immaculately clean too.
