I had the pleasure of delivering a health and wellbeing talk and interactive session at Mill Court Care Home earlier this year.

The team were incredibly welcoming, and it was clear to see the level of care, professionalism and kindness shown to residents and their families. The atmosphere in the home felt warm and supportive, and the staff were very engaged in conversations about wellbeing and quality of life.

It was wonderful to see such interest in health, vitality and lifestyle topics, and to meet residents and relatives who were keen to take part in the discussion.

My mum spent her last few weeks in the care of staff who were, caring, honest, friendly and supportive. I can’t thank the staff enough for their professionalism and dedication to my mum. We will be forever grateful. Thank you so much for everything you all did for my mum. I will be forever grateful.
I work in a care environment and know everything is never going to be perfect but a real home is made a home from the care team it houses. As a family we could not be happier with the care mum received from a loving team in a beautiful setting.

I have attended a few community events at Farley gardens, they have been well organised and allow the residents to engage with the visitors. The staff offer a warm welcome and it feels like a place where the residents are truly cared for and offered a wide variety of activities and events. It’s lovely to see a care home that connects with the community like this.

The home is well decorated, it feels warm and homely and is inviting to visitors. The staff at the home, are really kind caring and always helpful. It is very clear that all the staff there enjoy working at the home, they are always happy and joyful. I really enjoy visiting!

Staff never fail to be kind helpful are very professional and extremely pleasant on my visits, Charlotte on activities was noticed doing excellent work with residents on my last visit.

I recently visited Crabwall Hall Residential Home and very much enjoyed my visit and meeting with the manager, Nicole Welch. My first impression was that the home is modern and well cared for in a tranquil setting just outside Chester. I was made very welcome by Nicole and was impressed with the professionalism and caring way she deals with her residents. I highly recommend the home and in particular Barchester as they are considered to be one of the best care providers in the country and my visit to Crabwall Hall confirmed this.

My mother had a week's respite stay at the Marnell Lodge at the end of last year after having broken her left knee. I can say that from the admin staff through to all the caring staff, everyone at the Marnell Lodge are just wonderful. They all took time to greet mom on her arrival and all stayed for a little chat so that she could feel welcome. The staff all reassured me as well that I wasn't to worry, that mom would be just fine for the week with them and she was. She absolultely loved her stay there and wouldn't hesitate to go in for another respite week if the need arose. Thank you to you all for the care that you showed both mom and I.

My father suffers from dementia, and moved into Falmouth Court Care Home three months ago when my step-mother could no longer care for him at home. My sister and I both live hundreds of miles away, so it was essential that we found somewhere that we were 100% confident would look after him well. The home is beautiful, and the staff are incredibly warm, welcoming and friendly, and there is always some form of entertainment for the residents. Dad thinks he is staying in a lovely hotel and has settled well. Having the option to join him for lunch (the food is great!) in the beautiful private dining room makes our very visits seem extra special. The staff really do care for their residents. I’d highly recommend it!

I visited this home for the first time, and the staff were welcoming and friendly. The home is beautiful and has a warm feel about it. The staff were on hand to answer any questions that I had. It was obvious that the staff generally care and are passionate about the service they offer.

Walking into Henford House feels less like arriving somewhere new and more like coming home. One of the many things that truly makes Henford House special is the incredible team. Every member of staff brings kindness, patience, and genuine care into everything they do. It’s clear that this isn’t just a job for them, they really take the time to get to know each person, listen, and make everyone feel valued and comfortable.
There’s always a friendly face, a warm conversation, and a willingness to go the extra mile. The team work together so naturally that it creates a calm and positive environment for everyone in the home. I visit many care homes as part of my job (Driving Miss Daisy) and regularly take a lady to see her husband who has recently been moved to this Barchester.

I have been so impressed by the friendly staff, attention to detail, making everyone feel so welcome.

I must however commend one particular carer known as Maggi who has been absolutely incredible going above and beyond her call of duty, she is like an earth angel and those she cares for are indeed blessed to have her look after them. Thank you Maggi for all you do it has not gone unnoticed you are an absolute superstar ⭐️⭐️⭐️

If ever you want the best for a loved one this is the place I would recommend to anyone, sadly I am the last in my family otherwise I would have no hesitation in sending a family member here.

My experience at Kingsland was amazing! Special shout out to Bogdan, Head of Maintenance was extremely helpful with aiding Britton Price.

I took a school group to Magnolia Court for a visit over Christmas, to deliver some Christmas cards our pupils had made for the residents, and so a small group of pupils could sing some carols. We were really impressed by how welcoming and friendly all the staff were; we were really well looked after and this went above and beyond my expectations for such a brief visit. Thank you very much - looking forward to more partnerships in the future.

My mum came to Westergate House in February 2025 at the age of 90. She had been in hospital after breaking her pelvis, and the consultant had sadly given her a maximum of six months to live. She arrived unable to walk and with a catheter in place.
One year on, the transformation has been incredible. She is now walking with the help of a frame and no longer needs a catheter. We truly believe the care and support she has received have made all the difference.
All the staff are amazing — from the receptionists, carers, nurses and catering to the cleaning and laundry teams. Everyone is caring, kind, and approachable. Any concerns are listened to and acted upon promptly, which gives us great peace of mind.
Paul and Nicky have been especially supportive, guiding us through the financial and social services processes with patience and clarity.
Mum says it best herself: “I have no complaints. It’s very lovely here, the food is wonderful and everyone is kind.”
We are so grateful for the exceptional care she continues to receive.

I cant fault this home at all, everyone has welcomed my relative for their recent stay. Nothing was too much to ask, i have already rebooked next stay for respite
