Lovely care home. Staff are very pleasant. The home itself looks very clean and has a nice living room type area with outdoor area.

I attended the Hawaiian barbecue at Bloomfield Care Home and had a lovely time. The dancing and choir were wonderful, and the atmosphere was fantastic. A big thank you to the activities team, who put so much effort into making it such a special day for everyone to enjoy.

I can’t speak highly enough of the wonderful team at Pittsmead Grange Barchester Care Home. From the moment we arrived, everyone made us feel so welcome and reassured. The staff are caring, compassionate, and always treat residents with dignity, kindness, and respect.

The home is beautifully maintained, spotlessly clean, and has a warm, homely atmosphere. It’s clear that the team genuinely cares about each resident’s wellbeing, taking the time to get to know them as individuals and encouraging them to take part in the excellent range of activities on offer.

Very friendly staff. Always acknowledge your presence. No question is too much for them to answer.

Lesina and I visited Moors Manor recently for a meeting and were immediately struck by how warm and welcoming the home felt from the moment we arrived.
The residents were happy, engaged, and taking part in activities, which tells you everything you need to know about the care and attention the team put into daily life there.
The home itself is beautifully presented and the staff made us feel genuinely welcome throughout our visit.

Just wanted to say a big thank you to Iris court care home for your care and support of my mum. She is settling with the care and kindness of the staff. Today she had her longstanding friends for lunch in the homes private dinning room. She could catch up and feel special whilst being served her lunch.

My father has been a resident at Cossins House Care home since February 2026.
It is a wonderful happy caring and well-run home.
The staff are without exception kind, friendly and courteous and treat the residents with great fondness and respect.
The setting is beautiful - well tended gardens and free range hens running around and Alex looks after everything beautiful.
The kitchen staff and chef prepare beautiful meals and serve them in a dining room with linen cloths and lovely glassware.
There is frequent entertainment arranged and Lisa the Activity Coordinator takes care to get everyone involved.
It is a marvellous place - nothing but praise.

Reception staff were lovely on arrival Colin on maintenance team ,very helpful was aware of where all service cupboards were located and access codes . Problem located and fixed very smoothly thanks to his help.

My 90 year old mother stayed here for respite care. Kim and the team were fantastic, the home is beautiful and immaculate. The home organised to get Mam ready and drove her through to Penrith for her grandson's wedding, keeping her comfortable throughout the day, taking enormous pressure and responsibility off of the family and ensuring that she was able to participate fully in the day and be part of precious memories. Massive thank you to the team, Mam really enjoyed her stay here and was grateful for all your effort, we'd highly recommend the home to anyone considering respite or full time care for their loved ones.

When we found out Mandy was coming to mulberry court i was so relieved for Mandy coming to such a beautiful place with such caring staff Mandy is so relaxed that means so much to our family

Dad has been a resident for 5 weeks now and the change is fantastic, he now doesn’t need insulin at night his skin is so soft and he doesn’t scratch himself raw he has now started interacting with other residents which is wonderful to see, he is a lot more responsive and the care is second to none, he is enjoying his time and is stimulated which is such a change. Fantastic from start to finish.
Dad sadly passed away on 27th June 2026 after nearly 12 months of exceptional care dignity, and love that was shown to dad especially by the nurse Dilip was second to none, the end of life care was exemplary and the family will always be grateful
