We recently visited Field House to give a talk about the work of Cuan Wildlife Rescue to the residents.
We were so impressed by the warm and welcoming atmosphere there. All the residents were so happy and content and the staff showed so much care and compassion to each and every person, it was a privilege to witness such lovely care. Thank you for inviting us, we’ll come back anytime!

I went for the afternoon tea I won at a local fete and had the pleasure of meeting the new general manager who kindly had time to show us round she is so bubbly and seems like an asset to the team already. The home is stunning! Staff seem so lovely and welcoming. If you have the chance would 100% recommend popping in.

Came here to do repair work on the electrics. The staff were really friendly and welcoming. Plenty of offering with teas and coffee. An amazing place.

As an oral healthcare domiciliary provider we visit many homes in the region. We have always found Milford house superb, not only do they look after us when we visit but all the residents are well cared for and seem extremely happy living here. I regularly visit many care home as part of my job and can safely say this is without a doubt the best care home I have been to around the area. The staff are all lovely, friendly, helpful and attentive to the residents and guests.

I recently visited my friend at Sycamore Grove Care Home and had a really positive experience. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere felt warm and welcoming. The home was clean, calm, and well-organised, which immediately put me at ease.

During my visit, I had the pleasure of meeting the new manager, who seems genuinely friendly and approachable. They took the time to introduce themselves and have a chat, which made a lovely impression. It’s clear they are focused on creating a supportive and comfortable environment not just for residents, but for visiting family and friends as well.

My friend appeared happy and well cared for, and the overall mood within the home felt relaxed and positive. It’s reassuring to see strong leadership that values kindness and openness. I left feeling confident that my friend is in good hands and that Sycamore Grove Care Home continues to be a caring and welcoming place.

I had the pleasure of delivering a health and wellbeing talk and interactive session at Mill Court Care Home earlier this year.

The team were incredibly welcoming, and it was clear to see the level of care, professionalism and kindness shown to residents and their families. The atmosphere in the home felt warm and supportive, and the staff were very engaged in conversations about wellbeing and quality of life.

It was wonderful to see such interest in health, vitality and lifestyle topics, and to meet residents and relatives who were keen to take part in the discussion.

I had the pleasure of visiting sycamore grove,Eastbourne on behalf of a family member. Staff were polite and there was lots going on activity wise for the residence. Definitely one of the best in the Eastbourne area

I have been visiting my Aunt for the past few months and have always found the staff very warm and welcoming. The home itself is spotlessly clean and the cakes in the cafe area are delicious. I recommend Winchester House to everyone!

I have been a regular visitor to Newington Court over the past twelve months volunteering via St Margarets Church and I can honestly say it is an amazing place,the staff there are wonderful in every way.
There is always a warm friendly welcome and the residents are always cheerful.

Newington Court is the best l have experienced the entertainmen/activity team are second to none, Tracey and Sharon definately go the extra mile to keep a variety of events,activities and trips along with special days to keep the residents happy and contented.
I would not hesitate in recommending the home to anyone thinking about finding a place for thier love ones

The care home has a real sense of positivity , the greeting I had was very warm and inviting. Jenna was excellent and there is a clear commitment from all staff to deliver a high standard of service. It stands in contrast to many common perceptions about care settings, offering instead a much more genuine homely feel.

My father is in Wykeham House and the care he receives is excellent. The home is warm and welcoming as are the rooms. However it is the staff that make a difference. All are caring and friendly with a 'can do' attitude, they are the best!!!
