Spent a lovely couple of hours here this afternoon with Louise who took her time to show me round. What a beautiful place, made to feel more like a hotel than what you traditionally imagine a care home to look like. The residents I saw were relaxed and happy and eager to say hello. Engaging with each other and the staff. How wonderful to see an establishment who feels the same way about old age as I do; it is something to be enjoyed and cherished. Thank you Louise and next time when I come back you may just be able to tempt me with a slice of cake!

"Excellent facilities in a spotless room. My dad was cared for with care and compassion enabling him to recover enough to go back home and back to independence. We cannot thank you enough for everything all the staff did for him."

Have been to a few home events here now and have loved every one. Most recently was Yappy Hour and my pup loved it. It’s lovely to see how happy the pups make the residents 🥹 Iverley view are always so welcoming, shoutout to the Home Service Advisor Louise who always makes sure we’re well looked after when we visit. The staff are such a joy to be around.

"In February/March 2026 I spent 3 weeks in Iverley View in Respite Care. All carers showed a lot of affection and went out of their way to meet my needs. My visitors were all made extremely welcome and commented on the warm and welcoming atmosphere. I would highly recommend Iverley View as a wonderful place to recuperate."

"My mother, who has dementia, initially stayed at Iverley View for respite care. As it became increasingly challenging for me to care for her at home, I recognized that it would be more beneficial for her to transition to a care home permanently. This was an incredibly difficult decision for our family to make. Louise and Lisa have provided unwavering support throughout.The staff at Iverley View have been truly wonderful. From the moment you enter, you are greeted with warmth and a welcoming smile. Since becoming a resident, my mother has shown significant improvement; she is more engaged in conversation and has gained greater independence. The rooms are beautifully decorated to a high standard, and the floor known as "Memory Lane" is specifically designed with activities for individuals with dementia. Freshly prepared meals are provided throughout the day, along with numerous treats in between. The gardens are kept impeccable and lovely for mom and I to sit in on a warm sunny"

The place in immaculate, the staff are friendly, efficient and kind. The meals are great and they are served in the dining room.
They have regular events song along, dancing, quizzes plus other things when they can. They have a hairdresser that visits and a cinema room. All the comforts of home. There is some seating areas outside where you can enjoy the garden. Special occasion are celebrate in style. I feel happy that my mother in law has a wonderful place to life.

"The home is lovely as its only a year old. It's immaculate and well set out. There is a lounge and dining room on each floor, as well as a hairdresser room and cinema space. I have found all the staff very professional, friendly and helpful. The meals are good and served the same way they do in a restaurant. They have planned event's must days to keep everyone active and amused. It would be somewhere I would want to live if it came to that."

Firstly, this is my sons log in on Google! Apologies.
Myself, daughter and some friends all met today at Iverley View for Yappy Hour! We too our furry friends with us and we weren’t disappointed. The staff had everything set up for the pooches and their hoomans. We lived interacting with the residents and staff and all of the residents we met had wonderful things to say about the home.

We hope to be going again for the next Yappy Hour and will keep our eyes peeled for other events.

"The care my dad received was first-class. The manager and assistant manager were very professional and caring. The food was excellent, and the chefs were always flexible. My dad gained weight during his stay. Most importantly, the everyday care and compassion from all the staff were so wonderful to see. They were his family."

Today Friday 13th Feb I took my dad to Iverley view care home for the Friday fish and chips club, and I can honestly say it was amazing the actual place is magnificent the staff where truely wonderful very helpful and engaged in friendly conversation and the receptionist was welcoming.The chef must be commend the meal was of a very high standard and beautifully presented. It was 5 star all the way I highly recommend a visit.

"It was my husband Tonys 80th birthday weekend. What a brilliwnt weekend arranged by the staff and chef. A buffet on Saturday for the family and residents, and cake and fizz doe everyone on Sunday. The upstairs lounge was beautifully decorated with a magnificent balloon arch, thanks to Molly for that! Photos of Tony and our family were put on the T.V screen, we cannot thank every member of our Iverley friends for going the extra mile and more fabulous memories made. Love them all very much."

"My dad has been a resident at Iverley since May 2025. This weekend has been his 80th birthday. The staff at Iverley have gone all out to make it a special occasion for him and our family. From beautiful balloons and decorations, to a fabulous cake and party food. They've collated photos of dad into a memory book and signed it with their best wishes. All the staff have shown dad love and affection and made the weekend so special for us all."

My father has just arrived at Iverley view for rehabilitation following his hip replacement.
The welcome could not have been warmer.
The home is fabulously furnished whilst being practical for patients needs.
But the best thing about this home is the care from the staff.
Everyone from the manager to the maintenance man are exceptional.
The asthetics of a home don't make the best care, but this home has it all.
I can be a peace knowing my dad is in the best place with wonderful carers.

"Really welcoming lovely caring thoughtful staff. My Dad was so very well looked after after his full knee replacement, he was encouraged to get up and about, his medication was monitored by the staff. All his belongings were tagged and washed as and when needed. Foods were adapted when his appitite was a little selective. I can't thank the care home enough for all the love & support they gave - not only to my Dad, but to me and my family. Thank you all so very much for you love warmth and care x"
