We provide 24 hour nursing care services for our residents on a permanent basis or short term respite.
All of our staff receive specific training to enable them to deliver a level of service that will meet and we hope exceed your expectation. From the standard of the buildings we provide, the personal care we give, to the quality of food that is served on a daily basis, we are sure you will be happy with the level of service you receive.
And our dedication can be seen across the board - in our cooking, hospitality and organising activities for our residents. We have a quiet, secluded garden for residents and visitors to enjoy.
Our home is located in High Wycombe, close to the bus and train stations.

Jubilee Party

Temby Nyemba - General Manager
Temby has overall responsibility for all activity that goes on in the home, ensuring the quality of all services we provide meet Barchester's high standards.
Liz Hilsdon - Deputy Manager
Liz is responsible for all clinical activity within the home. Through continued monitoring and working with her staff, Liz ensures that each resident has an individual plan of care that is discussed and reviewed with residents and relatives on a regular basis.
Greta Humphreys - Home Administrator
Greta has responsibility for all the administration within the home from individual contracts with clients, billing and invoicing and general administration around the home.
Sheldon Childress - Executive Chef
Sheldon is responsible for providing healthy, inviting, and varied hospitality services. He provides this through using local producers for our fresh fruit and veg and meat policy. There is always a wide selection on each menu, if nothing takes your fancy Sheldon is always happy offer an alternative. He will meet with you to discuss all your dietary needs.
Rachael Weatherill - Head Housekeeper
Rachael and her team are responsible for ensuring the home is kept clean and tidy through her continuous cleaning programme. She is also responsible for all laundry services, from bed linen, curtains, and furniture, to each residents personal laundry, which is carried out on site.
Ian Robinson - Maintenance
Ian is responsible for ensuring the structure and standard of the building and grounds is maintained to Barchester's high standards.
Roseann Avey - Activities
Roseann provides a variety of activates seven days a week. This can range from quizzes, external entertainers, one to one sessions, or themed days, things are always changing.

Lorna provides a variety of activates seven days a week. This can range from quizzes, external entertainers, one to one sessions, or themed days, things are always changing.
