RACE DAY FOR JUNIPER HOUSE
Juniper House sponsored it's first race at Towcester Racecourse on Sunday 26 February. The Barchester Juniper House Care Home Handicap Stakes was won by Wood Yer, ridden by Sam Twiston-Davies and trained by his father Nigel. The home had a stand at the racecourse, our chef Shaun Brennan took home made cakes and biscuits which proved extremely popular with racegoers and we had many enquiries throughout the afternoon. The afternoon was a really enjoyable event for staff and contacts and raised the profile of Juniper House in the County.
