I am the General Manager of the home and I have worked as a nurse in both the NHS and private sector. I have been at Cheverton for over 13 years. The most rewarding aspect of my role is supporting my team to deliver quality care to our residents.
Audrey Makhene - Deputy Home Manager
Is the Deputy at Cheverton Lodge and ensures that quality care is delivered to our residents. She is responsible for the staffing of our care/nursing team and supervision of that team ensuring the highest standards of care.
Fred King - Administrator
I have been at our home as administrator since 2003, I love the interaction with both residents and visitors to our home. Prior to joining Barchester I have experience in the NHS and my qualifications include a business degree. My spare time is spent keeping fit and enjoying basketball.
Rosalina Tchuda Silva - Administration Assistant
Rosalina has been part of our team for over 3 years. She is always there to meet and greet and offer a warm welcome to all. Her manager sees her as an asset to the team as she always has a smile and is full of fun.
Ntombi Moshoeshoe - Head of Unit
Ntombi is a senior sister who has supported the individuals that live at Cheverton Lodge throughout the years. Ntombi co-ordinates the intermediate care rehabilitation programme within the home.
