Wilsmere House Care Centre, a converted listed building, is situated in the quiet and leafy area of Harrow Weald. It is surrounded by well tended gardens which adds to the feeling of space the building exudes. The friendly and conscientious staff deliver a standard of care of which they are justifiably proud of.

Our home is rated ‘Good' by the Commission of Social Care Inspection (CSCI). CSCI is the independent body that regularly inspects all care homes in England.
