Set back in its own grounds, Harton Grange is an integral part of the local community of South Shields. Since opening in 2004, the Home has established an excellent reputation for the fine care it provides. We provide first class 24 hour general residential care, as well as specialist care for those with dementia related illnesses in our Memory Lane Community. We strive to provide person centred care to meet the needs of the individual within an atmosphere which is friendly, relaxing and fun.
