Activities at Pinetree Care Home
Activities are an integral part of life at our care home. We want to ensure that the people we support have as much fun as possible during their time with us, so it’s important that our activities programme is created with the interests of residents in mind. Our skilled Activities Coordinators will bring a certain uniqueness to the home that can’t be found anywhere else, and which is reflected in the activities they organise.

As part of our bespoke life-enrichment programmes, we host a number of live virtual events in the home on a regular basis through a number of partnerships with places of interest and world class performance companies
Life at Pinetree Care Home
Garden gets a spring clean
The garden at Pinetree is getting a spring clean.
The garden will be an essential part of the lifestyle of our residents here at Pinetree, offering that home environment and keeping physically active.
Along with the option of using the potting shed and growing our own veggies in the greenhouse we have the raised flower beds and a fledgling border space, all ready to be lovingly tended by our residents and wonderful maintenance manager Steve.
Reclaim Mobility visits Pinetree
We had the pleasure of meeting Nicola Rickards from Reclaim Mobility today.
Nicola and her very experienced team of physiotherapists, occupational therapists and speech and language therapists dedicate their expertise to the wellbeing and physical development of elderly residents.
Listening to her passion for what they do and how they feel about their patients is heartwarming.

The Rainbow Table comes to Pinetree
We are so very proud to be able to offer this incredible piece of technology that we believe will make an enormous difference to the lives of our residents.
This interactive piece of genius can be used in a person centered approach and help to fulfill a variety of needs.
Our residents can use it: together, alone, with family members and staff. You can even be at a special family event on the other side of the world without even being there.
Imagine the difference that could make to the life of a resident.

New Build Update
The Pinetree Team have visited the home to have a look at the progress and were thrilled at the results. We are so lucky to be the commissioning team of this beautiful new home. With exciting features to be able to offer our residents a cosy home and wonderful lifestyle choices with the benefits of safety and piece of mind for loved ones there is something for everyone. We cant wait to show it off!!
