Donna Binnersley, who has worked at Ottley House Care Home since the age of 16, was thrilled to be named ‘Home Trainer of the Year’ in the national finals!
The home had already won three awards in the regional heats of the Barchester Care Awards, including the awards won by Jamie (General Manager of the Year), Donna and the home’s Housekeeping Team, who were awarded ‘Team of the Year in Wales and South West of England’.
