Waldemar has worked at Cubbington Mill since 2005. He is Health & Safety Co-ordinator and is responsible for all aspects of the upkeep of the home. He is "Green Leaf Champion" and in 2014, we achieved “very good standard” award of environmental performance thanks to Waldemar’s continuous efforts to improve Cubbington Mill’s carbon footprint. Waldemar can often be found keeping our prize winning gardens, for which we have received gold award for the 3rd consecutive year!

George is one of our longest serving employees here at Lynde House. He is responsible for the maintenance of the building and ensuring that we meet all statutory requirements in respect of health and safety.
I enjoy working at Emily Jackson House and have been here for 10 years. I ensure that the home is well maintained and work with external contractors to ensure all equipment and the home itself is safe and fit for purpose. I enjoy chatting to the residents as I go around the home and it’s a lovely part of my job to build relationships not only my colleagues but with the residents in their home.
I have done a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Management Engineering in Materials and Testing. I joined Wykeham House as a kitchen porter in 2003 and was promoted to Head of Housekeeping in 2005. I am responsible for the overall operation of the Housekeeping Department and upholding the highest standard of Cleanliness and Safety. While I am going round the home carrying my chores, I always find time to talk to the residents and have a laugh with them. I am good at making them smile.
I joined the team at Hethersett Hall over 4 years ago and really enjoy my work. I began here as a Housekeeper, but after 3 years, I was appointed as Head Housekeeper for the home. What I enjoy most about working here is spending time engaging with residents.
My name is Marilyn and I have worked at Lucerne House for over 15 years, and I have been Head Housekeeper since 2013. The home is a warm, caring and fun environment to work in. I am here to ensure that all cleaning and laundry services are to a very high standard, and I enjoy my job.

I have been at Emily Jackson House for 13 years and as a local girl know the area very well. I assist the staff nurses to provide individual care to meet their needs in my role as Sister and am passionate about the delivery of quality care. I have 4 grown up children and enjoy going for long country walks in my spare time.
My name is Ann and I have 12 years' experience within the care home environment, I love my job, busy but never boring! My role is to support the General Manager by maintaining administration and financial systems within the home in accordance to the company policies and procedures.
With my team I aim to deliver first rate dining every day of the week. All our food is cooked from fresh produce and is of high nutritional value . I love meeting regularly with our residents to ask them about their likes and dislikes and ask them what they would like to see on the menu.
