Valerie Batten

Val has worked at Friston House for Over 20 years. She has a great deal of financial experience, including dealing with local authorities and the Primary Care Trusts. When an elderly relative is coming into care it can often be a very worrying time dealing with their finances; whilst we cannot give financial advice, we can help guide relatives through the process.

Tanya Kostova

My name is Tanya Kostova and I am the Administrator at Mount Tryon. I come from Bulgaria and have been working for the company for nearly 15 years. My responsibilities include managing the financial and administrative systems within the home.

I qualified as a midwife in Bulgaria in 1999 and also worked as a dental nurse before I came to the UK and joined Barchesterwhere I had the opportunity to develop new skills and gain a qualification in Business Administration.

Coral Averay-Jones

My name is Coral and it is my role to support the General Manager by maintaining the administration and financial systems within the home in accordance to company standards and in compliance with all regulatory and statutory obligations.

I have an AAT and A Level qualification in Accounting and 11 years experience working in a care home environment.

Susan Watson

I have been the Administrator at Lethen Park since 2012 and was Admin Assistant for three years prior to that. Although my job is very busy, I love the fact that I am part of such a super team who deliver the best care possible to those we support.

Lynn Hatley

Lynn leads a team of admin assistants and receptionists within the site in dealing with all aspects of administration duties. Lynnis also our “resident” piano player, and one of her responsibilities is playing the piano for our church services.

 

Laura Archer

My name is Laura and I joined the team here at Hickathrift in 2011. My role is to support the General Manager by maintaining the administrative and financial systems within the home in accordance to company standards and in compliance with all regulatory and statutory obligations. I am also available to offer support to residents and their families.

Sandra Mills

I joined Barchester Healthcare at the Hawthorns in November 2005 having moved to the North of England from Kent in 2004.

Prior to joining Barchester, my previous working career has been quite varied as I have worked at Management level in Sales, Purchasing, Finance, Service and Packaging which has afforded me a wide range of skills and knowledge.

Rebecca Davies

Rebecca has worked for the company for over 10 years. She is responsible for administration & all financial aspects related to the running of the home. She is ably assisted by her team who are always on hand with a friendly welcome & offers of assistance.
