Zoe Postgate

Hi, my name is Zoe and I am the General Manager here at Chater Lodge.

Having worked in care since leaving school, I have worked my way up from apprentice to my current senior position. Most of my time at Chater Lodge has been spent as a Deputy Manager, but I was promoted to General Manager in July 2017.

I enjoy making people laugh and feeling loved, taking on new challenges and gaining knowledge through experience and training.  

Hilda Shava

I have 25 years of nursing experience, and have been the Deputy Manager at Brook House for the past 6 and a half years. I have taken charge of the nurses and carers on our floors to ensure our residents receive the optimum level of care, and we aim to work as a team to provide the above.

Eleanor Wilson

Hi, my name is Eleanor, and I am the General Manager here at Drummond Grange. Welcome to our website!

I have been nursing since 1972, having begun my career as a Nursing Assistant in one of the largest Psychiatric Hospitals in the county. I continued to develop my career, working in various specialties in both hospital and community in NHS Lanarkshire. My last post within the NHS before taking early retirement was as a General Manger for Motherwell Locality with an area wide lead for older people with mental health problems, including dementia.

Eva Khana

Eva is passionate about ensuring the home keeps our five star dining award and that the rooms and apartments are presented to the highest standard.

Ridel Francisco

Ridel is a qualified nurse and was recently promoted to the role of unit manager for the 1st floor of Lynde house. In this role he is responsible for the care of residents. He has responsibility for the staff on his floor also. Ridel has been working at Lynde since 2005.

Emma Li

Emma has been working at Lynde House since 2009. She is a qualified nurse and was recently promoted to the role of Unit Manager for the ground floor of the home; in this role she is responsible for the care of residents. 

Emma is patient and caring and makes it her priority to help all residents in whatever way she can. She is also always available to spend time with relatives and address any concerns that they might have. She is an exceptional role model for other staff in the home; her actions display exceptional professionalism and show what it is to provide truly great care.

Michelle Lovett

Michelle joined Milford House in January 2008 and is responsible for all financial and administrative affairs for the home be it financial, staff legislation compliance and payroll or invoicing. She is available to answer all queries and assist residents and relatives at all times. In addition Michelle is very involved in life at Milford and her office is rarely without at least one resident enjoying a cup of tea with her!! When she is not at work she likes to spend time with her horses and dogs.

June Dube

I started working at Leonard Lodge in July 2001, I received my 10 year long service award in 2011. I commenced as a registered nurse and moved into the Unit Managers position in January 2002. I am a qualified General Nurse and well as a Mental Health Nurse, I have a keen interest in Dementia care and work very closely with relatives and health care professionals

Tracey Mason

Hi, I have worked for Barchester Healthcare for 2 years as Administrator, I joined Woodhorn Park initially and enjoyed it but recently transferred to Meadow Park as I live in Bedlington and it saves on travelling. I have worked in Sales in a Business/Manufacturing environment for 20 years but wanted to be in a more satisfying role dealing with people direct and interacting with Staff and Clients alike allows me to do that. Helping the Residents and Families is also part of my role and I enjoy getting to know them.

Tanya Kostova

My name is Tanya Kostova and I am the Administrator at Mount Tryon. I come from Bulgaria and have been working for the company for nearly 15 years. My responsibilities include managing the financial and administrative systems within the home.

I qualified as a midwife in Bulgaria in 1999 and also worked as a dental nurse before I came to the UK and joined Barchesterwhere I had the opportunity to develop new skills and gain a qualification in Business Administration.
