Tracey Mason

Hi, I have worked for Barchester Healthcare for 2 years as Administrator, I joined Woodhorn Park initially and enjoyed it but recently transferred to Meadow Park as I live in Bedlington and it saves on travelling. I have worked in Sales in a Business/Manufacturing environment for 20 years but wanted to be in a more satisfying role dealing with people direct and interacting with Staff and Clients alike allows me to do that. Helping the Residents and Families is also part of my role and I enjoy getting to know them.

Ceri Mills

My name is Ceri and I have been with Hickathrift House since 2009. I started as a Carer and was promoted to Senior Carer shortly after and, before long, I had worked my way up to Unit Manager. I was then appointed as the Deputy Manager in 2014. During my time here, I have worked hard to gain an NVQ Level 2 and 3 in Health & Social Care.

I support the General Manager and I am responsible for overseeing the day-to-day running of the home, providing clinical support and guidance to the team and ensuring the delivery of care is second to none.

Sarah Muskett

I have been qualified since 1992 and started work at the Hawthorns when it opened in 1993. I have been deputy for the past 11 years a role that varies day to day but key aspects of my job role include training, clinical audits, health and safety and clinical support. I also step in to cover for the general Manager when she is out of the office.

 

Isla Sinclair

Isla is our Deputy General Manager who has a wealth of nursing experience in elderly care. She has excellent clinical skills and is always on hand to give sound advice to the nursing and care team. She takes the role of mentor and clinical lead seriously, carrying out supervision sessions ensuring the workforce keep up to date.

Isla is a big part of the home and has just celebrated 20 years service.

Pramojil Kurian

Hi, my name is Pramojil and I am the General Manager here at Reigate Beaumont.

I qualified as a nurse in 1999 and have worked in hospitals, nursing homes and in the community. Over the course of my career I have achieved many qualifications, including NVQ4, Registered Manager's Award and QCF Assessor Award and completed Post Graduate Certificate in Management and Leadership through the Barchester Business School.

Neli Koleva

I have previously practiced as a nurse in Bulgaria and Libya, where I took care of newborn babies in a hospital situated in the middle of the desert.

I moved to the UK in 2002 to work for Barchester Healthcare and have been supported to develop my knowledge and skills to help further my career. I have an NVQ Level 4 in Management & Leadership and have been working as the Deputy Manager at Winchester House since 2011.

Jennifer Clarke

I joined Kenwyn in March 2017, but have been qualified as a nurse since 2006. I was a deputy sister in respiratory medication before taking on the role of Head of Care here at Kenwyn Care Home. My mission is to provide a home-friendly environment for residents.

Hayley Dibden

Hayley has been the Catering Manager since 2002. She holds level 3 NVQ in Patisserie and Confectionary, Kitchen Supervisory as well as Advanced Food Hygiene. Hayley’s cakes are legendary here at Milford House and are much admired at meal times and at the various activities and events that we hold here.

Her main roles are menu planning and delivering wholesome and tantalising home cooked food for our residents and their guests. Hayley and her team are proud to have been awarded 5 out of 5 stars ‘excellent’ standard food hygiene by the Environmental Health Department.
