The Stroke Association is the official partner of eBay for Charity this week, allowing people to donate to the organisation during their bargain hunting on the popular auctioning website.
When people come to pay for their goods through eBay's sister site PayPal, they will have the option of adding £1 to their bill, which will be donated directly to the Stroke Association and allowing people who are feeling generous to simply tick a box and make the transaction.
The chance to do so will be available until June 21st and the charity hopes people will consider looking into the benefits such funds would give sufferers and families of stroke victims.
It concluded: "Make sure you let your friends, family and colleagues know about the chance to help support the Stroke Association whilst shopping!"
According to the Stroke Association, there are an estimated 67,000 deaths as a result of stroke each year.
