MS Society releases charity workings video
15th October 2009

In an effort to help donors and followers alike to understand its cause a little better, a leading charity has created a series of videos to outline its aims and targets.

The Multiple Sclerosis (MS) Society has recently made the 11-part series available on YouTube, which can be accessed through the organisation's website, and details the work of the MS Society in England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland in terms of research and support.

It also demonstrates how the MS Society has developed over the past year, especially in its strategic aims.

A number of people who are part of the MS community in work or volunteering are also interviewed, giving their outlook on improving the lives of people who have the condition.

The video was first shown at Sofitel, Heathrow on September 12th and 13th during the MS Society annual general meeting.

Last week, Oritse Williams from chart-topping pop group JLS visited the MS Society headquarters to show his support for people affected by the condition, which has affected his mother since he was 12 years old.
