Residents at the Marriott in Chichester came together last week for a meal and dance to celebrate St David's Day.
The Marriott's Welsh residents were joined by other Marriott residents, as well as relatives and visitors from Leeland for the celebrations.
Residents enjoyed a Welsh-themed meal, which included leeks and traditional Welsh cakes. The dining area was decorated with daffodils and Welsh flags.
The meal was followed by a tea dance. Professional dancers came to help residents master some steps, since most of the staff had never performed the waltz or the cha cha cha.
The event was such a success that residents have decided to make it a regular event.
Last month, the residents came together to celebrate Valentine's Day. The dining area was decorated with hearts and balloons and each resident was given a red rose.
Residents were treated to heart-shaped homemade shortbread and spent the afternoon chocolate tasting.
It was a great chance for residents to meet with relatives and share memories. A concert pianist entertained party-goers with a selection of love songs, which residents sang along to.
