Magnolia Court Care Home in Hampstead
Magnolia Court is a purpose-built home in Golders Green, close to local amenities. We provide high quality 24-hour nursing care for older people. We also offer respite care.
Dementia Care
Additionally, Magnolia Court has a dedicated Memory Lane Community that provides a safe, homely environment for people living with dementia, which has been designed following these guidelines ensuring the care we provide supports residents’ freedom of choice. We aim to maintain their life-skills, improving their self-esteem and helping them to maintain and develop their independence while they are living with us.
Staff undertake specialist dementia care training developed by our team of Dementia Care Specialists and academic partners, the Centre for Dementia Research at Leeds Beckett University. Together they ensure our training programmes are informed by the very latest thinking. We ensure that the people we support feel comfortable and safe in their surrounding environment, helping ensure they live life with dementia to the full.
Choosing a care home for a loved one or friend who may be experiencing dementia can be difficult and we have created a guide to showcase how we ‘Enrich the lives of people living with dementia’ in our care home.
There are attractive single rooms and quiet lounge areas where residents can entertain their families and guests. We have an extensive activity programme and social calendar and we aim to provide an environment as near to a 'home-from-home' environment as possible.

Hello, my name is Octavian, and I am the General Manager here at Magnolia Court. Welcome to our website!
I joined Barchester in January 2015 after completing my university degree in nursing. As a Registered Nurse and General Manager, I am committed to delivering the very highest standard of care to all my residents, alongside my highly qualified team at Magnolia Court.
I am looking forward to the opportunity to meet new people in an environment that is familiar to me, and to make a positive impact and difference to those residents, staff and relatives who I come in contact with.
