Gorseway Lodge Care Home on Hayling Island
Gorseway Care Community provides care and support for a variety of needs, ranging from nursing and personal care to dementia care and other age-related conditions. The community features Gorseway Lodge Care Home, along with a range of independent retirement accommodation on the site available for older people, overseen by a Scheme Support Officer. We also provide high quality respite care services for those seeking a short-term stay.
The home is a purpose-built, two-story nursing home, offering single and double rooms with en-suite facilities, spacious lounges, well-appointed dining rooms and life-skills kitchens, with quiet areas for rest and relaxation. Our specialised Memory Lane Community delivers care to individuals living with dementia in an environment specifically designed to help people with memory and orientation problems.
Our care community is situated on the seafront and offers a beautiful, unspoilt coastline, perfect for walks along the beach, or to just sit and watch the boats go by. Other local amenities include a golf course, a theatre and shops. We are proud of our village-style community, which is set within four acres of secluded and landscaped gardens, allowing residents to enjoy outdoor living in the summer months with cream teas, Pimm's afternoons and other activities.
We welcome visitors at any time and are always happy to answer your questions, so please feel free call us or pop in.
