Brook House Care Home in Wembley

We provide high quality 24-hour nursing care for older people at Brook House. Alongside this, we also provide expert care in our facility for younger people with a physical disability.

Our team of well qualified and attentive staff are focused on the individual needs of our residents, creating a tailored care plan for each person based on needs, likes and dislikes.

We pride ourselves on our cooking, our hospitality and organising activities for our residents.

We're located in a quiet residential area of Wembley, with excellent transport links to all the amenities of central London.

Brook House is purpose-built to ensure it perfectly meets the needs of our residents now and in the future.

General Manager

Hi, my name is John, and I am the General Manager here at Brook House.

I have worked at Brook House since 2007. I was first attracted to this home because of the homely environment and friendly staff.

Nothing is too much to ensure that the residents are happy and their needs are met.

I work every Sunday to ensure that there is contact with loves ones who may not be able to visit during the week.

Brook House provides excellent care, which is reflected in our CQC rating. We always work hard to promote residents' interests prior to moving into the home.
