Welcome to Bradshaw Manor's website; my name is Heidi and I am the Senior General Manager here.
I qualified as an RGN in 1990 and joined Bradshaw Manor as a part time staff nurse in 1992, and over the years, I worked through promotion to be the senior general manager. During this time, I have had the opportunity to complete my Registered Managers Awards and, as I have a love of health & safety, I have been able to gain 4 NEBOSH qualifications, which have helped with the day-to-day running of the home.
I am fortunate to have spent 27 years in a lovely home beside the sea front with beautiful view of the sea. I have had the privilege of working alongside a fabulous team within the home and networking with external professionals to maintain the high standards of care we deliver to those we support.
I am very fortunate to have a supportive husband. I also have two grown up children, one of whom (my daughter) also works in the care sector for Barchester, and my son is currently about to commence University.Get in touch Meet my team
