Activities at Badgeworth Court Care Home
Our Activities Coordinators provide a stimulating social programme to suit residents' individual tastes and desires, and offer group or one-to-one activities based on individual preferences. We are a dedicated team that always ensures residents have enough to do to keep them stimulated and entertained. There are regular trips out on the minibus to nearby places of interest, and exercise classes to suit people of all capabilities, in addition to much, much more.

Life at Badgeworth Court Care Home
Songs of Praise
Badgeworth Court residents enjoyed a Songs of Praise live from Cross Street Church. They lovely that selection of Hymns to sing along to!
Easter Celebrations
Badgeworth Court has closed its doors to visitors to help stop the spread of the coronavirus, however this did not stop us celebrating Easter.
Resident and staff loved the distribution of Easter eggs to each resident from Badgeworth.
Also, we still had the Easter egg Hunt in the garden and around the home for residents and staff.
We also arranged Skype calls from our residents loved ones.
World Poetry Day
To celebrate World Poetry day we held a reading club and took time to share our favourite poetry.
Happy Mother's Day
Badgeworth Court has closed its doors to visitors to help stop the spread of the Coronavirus, however this did not stop us celebrating Mother’s day. Residents enjoyed fun activities, games, flowers and much more.
Fine Steps
Residents thoroughly enjoyed a performance by the Fine Steps dance droup. The dancers were children and they danced many different styles: Tango, Waltz, Salsa, to name a few. They will definitely be visiting again soon.
Barber Service
Residents of Badgeworth Court enjoyed a new service, especially for our gentlemen: a barber service! Our gentlemen residents, together with some members of our staff, are enjoying using this brilliant service. The barber will visit Badgeworth again on Wednesday 4th March. This service will be available on the first Wednesday each month thereafter.
Another point to note is, our barber has had training in supporting individuals with dementia. Everyone is welcome to use this service and appointments can be made by talking to the activities team at Badgeworth Court
