Atfield House Care Home in Isleworth, London
Situated on the Old Watney’s brewery site, we are within walking distance of Old Isleworth and its cafes, pubs and access to the River James. St. John’s Park is also across the road, surrounded by a lively local community. At Atfield House, we provide a range of accommodation and services for older people in need of support, from respite care to 24-hour residential care to intermediate care.
Dementia Care
We also provide specialist support for individuals living with dementia in our bespoke Memory Lane Community, where care is focused on independence, dignity and choice, with a person centred approach. We have also invested in a 'Magic Table' for our home, an interactive light projector designed to support people living with dementia through mentally and physically stimulating games
The Memory Lane community features 32 single rooms with en-suit toilets, spacious corridors, and an enclosed sensory garden, which residents can easily access. To aid our reminiscence work, each resident can personalise their room with art work, photos, decorative items and small pieces of furniture.
Our other two units, for older people in need of support, each have their own lounge, dining room and beautiful garden, which are very much enjoyed by residents, their relatives and friends. We make the most of our beautiful surroundings, particularly with our lively and inclusive programme of activities.
Drop in and see us, or come for lunch and try our delicious, home-cooked menu. We look forward to meeting you!

Subin Sebastian
Welcome to Atfield House's website! My name is Subin and I am the General Manager here at the home.
I have worked for Barchester since 2019 and in that time I have been able to learn, develop and share my skill set to enhance the lives of the people we look after.
I am passionate about the lives of our older generation and believe we learn from our resident's every day and we encourage each of our residents to live life to the fullest.
Here at Atfield House we pride ourselves on the dementia care that we deliver and prove that people really can live well with dementia. We are a pivotal part of our local community hosting events and functions for all to enjoy.
I look forward to seeing you in the home shortly, for a cup of tea and a slice of home made cake (or two!)
