Activities at Atfield House Care Home

Activities are an integral part of life at our care home. We want to ensure that the people we support have as much fun as possible during their time with us, so it’s important that our activities programme is created with the interests of residents in mind. Our skilled Activities Coordinators bring a certain uniqueness to the home that can’t be found anywhere else, and which is reflected in the activities they organise.

Gift a Geranium with the Mayor

The Mayor of Hounslow, joined the home for an afternoon in the garden. It was all sparked by a new incentive to gift a geranium to local care homes. Its a way to say say thank you and they are not forgotten. We were lucky enough to be chosen to start proceedings. Everyone had a lovely time, he took time to talk to everyone and thank and praise them for all their hard work. We look forward to welcoming him back again soon.

Its Bingo time.

Always a firm favourite at Atfield house. Eyes down for a full house. It can get quite competitive and always lots of little prizes to be won.

Elaine the general manager knows just how hard the team work looking after loved ones on a daily basis. She wanted to make sure she gave something back to say a really big thank you for their care and dedication.
