In order to qualify for the offer, a resident must have moved into the care home within 30 days of the home opening.
This offer only applies on completion of Resident Contract and payment of the monthly fee in advance.
Direct debit payments must be set up in advance in order for the offer to be redeemed and applied.
The reference to “one week stay free” shall be to the Weekly Fee payable by the resident and/or their representative as set out in the Admission Form.
This offer does not apply in respect of any other payments that may be payable within the first week, such as, without limitation, “Sundries” or any other charges that may be payable.
This offer cannot be redeemed or used in conjunction with any other offer or discount.
The cost of the first week’s stay (the Weekly Fee amount) will automatically be deducted from the first month’s fee.
The Afternoon Cream Tea included in this offer is taken from a standard set menu and does not include alcohol.
Barchester reserve the right to alter these terms and conditions at any time and withdraw this offer with no prior notice.
Barchester’s decision shall be final in respect of any dispute in connection with this offer.
The Resident Terms and Conditions shall be applicable to the resident’s placement within the home.
