Prestbury Beaumont Nursing Home worker celebrates ten years' service
Judith Barton, a grandmother of three, was applauded for her efforts by the care home's general manager Mark Shockledge, who presented her with an award for her commitment to looking after the residents, the Macclesfield Express reported.
He told the newspaper that Barchester Healthcare recognises the dedication of workers, with Ms Barton not having a break since she started, adding that her great personality brings the best out of the people she is in contact with.
Speaking after her award, the prize winner said: "It's been an absolute pleasure working here - the job satisfaction is amazing because it's so enjoyable.
"Hopefully I can be here for a few more years."
The Commission of Social Care Inspection awarded Prestbury Beaumont Care Community with "excellent" accreditation for its facilities - the best award possible under its guidelines.
