Close Care/Assisted Living
Whether you are independent or need some help at home, living in a Close Care apartment or bungalow will allow you to live in your own home with the piece of mind of knowing that care is close at hand should you have an emergency.
All properties are self contained and independent but you have the option of taking advantage of the additional services available from the main Care Home. The major advantage is that you can enjoy the social activities of the care home and also pick from a menu of services provided in your own home which include household chores, catering, laundry, as well as personal care. This allows you to live as independently as you wish with the security of help nearby if required.

For a monthly management charge we aim to give you peace of mind and take the worry out of owning your home. Your Close Care property will be your own but we look after all the routine services that can become a worry.
