Lunch in the sunshine

Residents enjoyed soaking up the lovely sunshine during the afternoon after lunch. Residents were pleased to see the sunshine and said that it brought a smile to their faces and made them feel happy. The lawn at High Habberley has seen lots of visitors during this small spell of sunshine; residents, staff, relatives, our resident cat "Matrix" and the farmer's peacock are all regular visitors. Everyone is looking forward to the outdoor activities and entertainment planned for the upcoming months.

Dean is responsible for the day to day running of the home.

Ginnie Baker - Administrator

Ginnie is responsible for administration and financial aspects relating to High Habberley House. Ginnie is on hand to offer assistence and guidence within these matters and her professional manner allows her to do this with respect and confindence.

Dawn Williams - Deputy Manager


Dawn has the lead role on clinical issuses raised and supports the general manager with certain aspects of running the home. Dawn leads a dedicated and loyal team of nurses and carers to ensure that only the best quality of care is delivered.

Tara Harvey - Receptionist

Tara works on reception and meets and greets visitors and relatives into the home. Tara has a very friendly and smiley face which has encouraged many residents to sit and have a chat and cuppa with her. Tara is on hand to point you in the right direction.

Jo Fish - Head Chef

Jo and her kithcen brigade work hard to ensure that residents receive a highley nutricious menu, and compile wholesome dishes reccomended by residents themselves and their personal likes and dislikes.

Donna Reaves - Housekeeper

Donna and her team work hard to ensure the home maintains a high standard in both laundry and cleaning. Donna and her team are regulalrly joined by residents who are always keen to assist with daily domestic tasks, be it be folding, laundry or polishing.

Elanor O'Neill - Activities Co-ordinator

Elanor works in conjunction with our nurses and care assistents to ensure that activities are carefully matched to the individuals likes and dislikes so that they are meaningful and person centered. Elanor includes arts and crafts sessions.
